How do budgets work?
Our budget system is designed for customer convenience. We calculate budgets by multiplying the previous year's oil usage (or average customer usage for new clients) by the current average cost of oil. This total is then divided into 11 equal monthly payments, starting in July and ending in May. There's no payment due in June. Service contracts are available for most equipment we install. We also offer contracts for equipment installed by other companies, provided it's less than five years old. For HVAC units, a service inspection is required before adding them to a contract.When can I schedule my annual service?
We recommend annual servicing or tune-ups for all units to ensure optimal performance. Our preferred scheduling window is between March and September, which helps minimize potential issues during winter months. Our service capabilities extend to various units, including heat pumps.How do I become an oil customer?
To become an oil customer with us, you'll be placed on our automatic delivery system. Before your first delivery, we'll need to inspect your heating oil tank. We require a credit card on file, which will be charged automatically the day after each delivery. Please note that we don't offer one-time delivery services.What is automatic delivery, and how does it work?
Our automatic Heating Oil Delivery system is an estimation of usage based on several factors, such as your past usage, tank size, and what are called “Degree Days”. Depending on these factors, our weather-based computer program will project how many days can lapse between your deliveries and project your next delivery based on how cold the weather is.When do I get my oil delivery?
Once our estimation puts your tank at between 25 - 50%, we schedule your automatic delivery. This will allow us plenty of time to get your delivery out and allows for a time buffer, which is convenient if there is a 3-4 day cold spell or blizzard.What is the benefit of automatic delivery?

No, home oil delivery can be done without you needing to be at your residence, unless you need your heating system restarted.What are some of your energy-saving tips for oil usage?
Set thermostats as low as comfortable in the winter and as high as comfortable in the summer. Clean/replace filters on furnaces once a month or as necessary. Select energy-efficient products when installing new heating/cooling systems.How do I get started with automatic heating oil delivery?
